Sometimes you get to a point in your life where you think,” What am I doing?” You know the point I’m talking about, right? It’s the hands on the face, deep sigh and blank stare upwards to the sky look.
I think it’s healthy to get that point and evaluate the things you are doing in your life. I’m blessed to have mentors in my life who challenge my thinking and plan for life. Without them, I would just be wandering aimlessly not ever really knowing if anything is being accomplished.
So focus is key. Painful to admit, however absolutely worth disciplining yourself to re-focus on what really matters to you. I think sometimes people can get so entrenched in their day-to-day habits that they forget to re-set if they are not getting where they want to go. Remembering that each day is incredibly valuable to you and to everyone around you is a healthy sobering thought.
Take some time today to evaluate your life goals. Make changes if necessary. Shoot for the top!!
